The 6 day Liveaboard option is designed for those wishing to get the maximum amount of diving and experience in a very short time.
You get the entry level Open Water Certification AND the next level - the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certification.
You get :
- 4 training dives for the Open Water Course,
- 5 training dives for the Advanced Course
- 4 pleasure dives
That's a massive total of 13 dives (including 2 night dives!)

To do an Open Water Course with Deep Sea Divers Den,
you must pass a medical and swim test.
This involves swimming 200m, and treading water for 10 minutes.

If possible please bring small soft bags aboard our vessels and put large suitcases into storage.
We do have storage facilities at our training centre, however these are not locked during work hours.
We suggest leaving valuables at your accommodation whenever possible.
All passengers will be required to sign Standard Liability release forms on board.

Itinerary:
DAY ONE*
- 9.00am pick-up from your city accommodation
- Classroom theory.
- Dive medical to AS 4005.1 (if required)
- Lunch (not included)
- Dive equipment selection Pool training
- 5.00pm return. (approximately)
No Meals or accommodation are provided on days 1 & 2.
DAY TWO*
- 9.00am pickup from your city accommodation
- Pool training
- Lunch (not included)
- Classroom theory.
- 5.00pm return. (Approximately)
No Meals or accommodation are provided on days 1 & 2.
DAY THREE
- 7.45am pickup from your city accommodation.
- Transfer out to the reef aboard ReefQuest and do your first 2 training dives.
- Lunch (included)
- At 2.30pm transfer to OceanQuest where you will spend the night.
- Lunch, dinner and accommodation included

DAY FOUR
- Breakfast, 2 more training dives
- Lunch (included)
- Certification as Open Water diver
- Afternoon Advanced Peak Performance Buoyancy dive
- Guided night dive.
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and accommodation included.
DAY FIVE
- Breakfast, 2 Advanced course training dives (Deep and Navigation)
- Lunch (included)
- Afternoon pleasure dive
- Advanced course Night dive.
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and accommodation included.
DAY SIX
- Breakfast, 1 elective advanced course dive, 2 more pleasure dive
- Last dive completed by 1.30pm.
- Certification as Advanced Open Water diver
- Breakfast and lunch included.
- Transfer to cairns via ReefQuest
- 5.00pm return to your accommodation.
